A blog where you can hear about my life, how I live it, and how I have learned from my experiences, and how I continue to enjoy it, and how I can pass my knowledge on to you.

It's difficult
The key to concentration is to forget all of the unimportant stuff temporarily. This opens up your mind to a fresh world. Try it sometime, and tell me if it works for you!

For me intentional concentration is very hard when I start doing something. But if I can pass that stage, I can go into the flow stage, where I can fully concentrate without thinking about other things in my life (mostly unconscious). Though, things in life interfere that flow stage often :) I get hungry, telephone calls, etc. And often I am surprised how time passes by so fast. It is a very good feeling. Like you wrote, it opens up your mind to a fresh world! DB
