However, Labs and themes would not work on this computer, and it does not work (from my observationon older computers, as well as older MACS. If i could take a picture of the windows 98' version, i would. Please disscuss this matter

Please answer the poll.

Aside of Facebook and YouTube, GMail seems to be the next growing thing. Although it is only in BETA version, it still offers many special features reffered to as "Labs." These are frequently updated by the GMail Team, and are free for you to fully use. Here are some screenshots of the GMail service:

This is the toolbar in the top-right.
Here is the settings page from the toolbar.

This is the list of folders-- as you can see, there is a large variety of different places to file these emails.

Aside of GMail chat, you can also go 'invisible' to turn the green dot next to your name from green to gray. This makes it seem as if you are not online.

A view from the "Compose Mail" option.

As you can see, I get emails when someone posts on the blog!

A general view of the top of the inbox.

Again, answer the poll on the right, and if people seem to want more information, then I will post links to the help center and more screenshots.
Thanks!

Remember to comment if you have any questions and to answer the poll.

Unexpected!

I didn't think that it would work! Yesterday I was playing around with the XML/HTML code of the blog, and I actually managed to add a second sidebar to the blog! Now the blog won't be so long anymore! Most of the tips that I found online happened to be schaliblech, so I figured it out on my own.

I also have a test blog in which I test out new templates that I design. I am now attempting to figure out how to remove all sidebars, so I will post the blog's url if anyone wants to see.

My vista is similar to Jan's

As you can see here, the dell dock is open even when the cursor is not on it, and is fixed.

However, when another application is open, such as word, the dock disappears until the mouse rolls over the upper area.

Docks & Birthdays

Answering Piano Guy's Question, the mac dock is much more expansive, and features a wider range of programs. Heres the windows dock. (I made the Background. LOL). As you can see, the windows dock is settled and doesent move, only lights up when you move your mouse over seleted things.
(This is Vista)
In other news, My birthday is the 21st. I might go to new york or Miami. I already know what im getting for my birthday, becuase my sister told me. LOL.

Dell Dock vs. Mac Dock

It looks as if Dell studio 17 copied Apple:

This is what Dell Studio 17 calls the "Dell Dock." Doesn't it look a lot like the Mac's Dock at the bottom of the screen?

This is what my desktop looks like with the Dell Dock at the top:

What do you think?

Ummm...

Yeah... does anyone know how to edit this blogger template HTML code? Any tricks or pointers?

I've been trying to learn about it, but the only things I can find are codes that people give you.

Click on the picture to see larger size, or just follow these steps to find your blog's HTML:

Go to your dashboard.

Then, find your blog's layout tab:

Next, click on the "Edit HTML" tab:

Your blog's template HTML will be here:

Too much Google!

My computer's web browser has four different places to search Google.

(but we all know about this one!)

And also...

This one only appears if you press [the key with the start flag on it]-G.

I made this post to try out my computer's screen capture feature, which allows you to take any section of the screen and save it as a picture, or just copy it to the clipboard.

Boredom makes its way to the stage...And Christmas is the next act...

I've been completly bored for the whole two first days of the week. I threw a Christmas party, and decorated my house fully, and im almost done with my chirstmas list. I have taken the inscentive to start writing a novel... and maybe make a comic.

I quickly gave up the second, knowing that i would have had to pass a great art class for it to even be 'worth' much. The'll probably think i forged it... D:

Anyways, its almost Chritmas (Whoppie-dee!) and i bet all or just most of you are doing thier last minute shopping. I havent even started. I got my friends gift, and thats about it. I have to get Piano guys gift, and my sisters gift, and parents, and so on, so forth. My list is quite interesting this year though. I have a very long one, full of inexpensive/ medium gifts, wheras i would usually wish for a couple of expensive gifts. What do you want for Christmas?

Another topic of that matter...

ITS BARELY SNOWED WHERE ME AND PIANO GUY LIVE!!!!

Is'nt it horrible? I just pray that it would aleast get 1 inch higher. I need to miss school. Who doesent? Has it snowed where you live. I dearly hope it is. Lucky you. Were having a mid december heat have. We were in the 50's sunday!

Well, if I don't se you all before christmas/ Hannukah...

Happy holidays!/ Happy Hannukah!
